The ground rules for using this site and its content. Nothing exotic — mostly common sense written down.
Agreeing to these terms
By visiting or using chrismichaelharris.com (the “site”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with part of them, please don’t use the site.
What you get here
The site gives you free content — the podcast, videos, and written posts — and the option to subscribe to The Dispatch or book a call with me. Paid coaching or consulting, if we work together, is arranged separately and covered by its own agreement, described below.
Using the site
Use the site for your own lawful, personal purposes. Don’t try to break, overload, or misuse it, scrape it wholesale, or use it in a way that interferes with anyone else’s use. I can change, pause, or retire any part of the site at any time.
What’s mine
The site and its content — writing, video, audio, design, and branding — belong to Chris Michael Harris, or to the people I license from, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Enjoy it, share links to it, quote a bit with credit. Don’t republish it wholesale or use my name, logo, or brand to sell or endorse something without my written okay.
The Dispatch and other emails
If you subscribe, I’ll email you The Dispatch and the occasional related note. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and using it stops the emails for good.
Coaching and paid work
Booking a call through the site is just that — a conversation. If we decide to work together, the actual engagement (what’s included, what it costs, and how refunds work) is governed by the separate written agreement we sign at that time. That agreement, not this page, controls the paid work.
Results, examples, and testimonials
Some pages here share specific outcomes — a client who went four to one on their return, someone now charging more than they ever have. Those are real, and they’re individual. They’re what a particular person experienced in their particular situation — not a promise of what you’ll get.
Your results depend on your business, your market, and how much of the work you actually do — all of which matter far more than anything I can say. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of income, growth, or any specific outcome. Treat every example as one person’s story and make your own decisions accordingly.

Which laws apply
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms as the site changes. When I do, I’ll update the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
