How To Build A Sales Page That Converts

Chris Michael Harris, Entrepreneur
Before we start, don't forget to check our previous episode. If you're new here, I highly suggest that you go through the other episode because I created a series for you to start your business this 2021.
I'm so excited to share this topic with you guys because we will talk about the elements of a highly converting sales page. Let's dive in.
1. Awesome Headline
So the first thing you want to have is your awesome headline, something like a video or an image that resonates with your particular audience. Whatever it is that you're explicitly offering, you're going to use that. You're going to have text in the middle. The meat of your sales page at the bottom, you're going to create some form of scarcity.
2. Emotion
In the first core section of your sales page, your main focus is transformation. Unfortunately, a lot of people jump directly into the features without connecting to their ideal client avatar. Most of your ideal clients will decide to buy based on their emotions, not logic.
That's why on our first topic, I emphasize how important talking to your potential customers is. If you don't nail that emotional aspect, they're not going to get to the second part, and they're not going to get to the logical argument because you haven't reel them in. Emotion is your hook. This part includes acknowledging their problem and telling them your story, creating an emotional connection between you and your ideal client avatar.
3. Logic
Next is the logical argument, the part where we're going to make this a no-brainer. So we're going to introduce the solution and show proof. Ideally, this is where we can start putting in some objections. A lot of people jump into features. What I suggest is to focus on the benefits. And the best way to do that is there are two magic words**, "so that"**, and theninclude benefit. Example: "We do this so that you can rest easy.", "We do this so that you get your money's worth.".
4. Scarcity
This is the last part of the three core sections. Alright, so scarcity gives them a reason to buy your offer. You can use a countdown timer, or some limit, even if you say limited time only or limited time at this price. But make sure that when you set a deadline for the purchase, you stick with it. It will be unfair for people who purchase the product earlier, and it will affect your credibility.
Wrap Up
I do build my own sales pages. The reason being is that I think people are getting sophisticated. I think people are used to seeing temporally looking sales pages that all are constructed in the same manner. So I like to build mine with my aesthetic. And we have seen our conversion numbers are higher, although it does require more work.
Don’t forget to check the topics, we’re doing a video series right now, visit my Youtube channel for more info. Don’t miss that because we will have our masterclass after we finish all the video series. See you on the next one!
